When I say I have thousands of hours of study under my belt, I’m not joking, as I am a lifelong student with a love of learning. And as someone who has spent decades working in the wellness industry, I’ve always considered it very important to be well qualified, widely informed, and continually growing—as this allows me to better understand and adapt to others I meet.
